We use a solutionoriented and appreciative approach with a strong focus on what works for the individual, the team and the organisation. To understand succes for all 3 levels, we believe you must study what works. Furthermore People should focus their time on working within their strenghts. CATCH - LEADERNETWORK We started the first CATCH network in 2008, and it has been caught by many. Join the unique network for leaders, CEO s and HR Partners, and meet other executives who are deeply interested in personal and professional development. We find inspiration in the highly committed people we already know, us as facilitators and of course you as a group with all the experience and competencies you contain. We hold the key to our own development ourselves. With this view on individual development, we want to suggest that people take a more practical and psychological responsibility for their own development. We have no compettitors. We are serious about it, we really dont! There are many in our field, but why view them as compettitors? Why not drop protectionism and work together to the benefit of the customers?
