Background: Finn is well versed in all aspects
of HR from his experience as VP HR EMEA in Alpharma (now Actavis) and
director HR for DOW Chemical, Sun Chemical and Ernst&Young. Originally
educated Engineer; his love for working with people took over and led to
his succesfull HR career.
Area of expertise: Finns calendar is filled up with leader
training and coaching. He loves working outdoor, and builds on the
effect nature has on individuals and teams. What really triggers him is:
personal leadership, business turnarounds with genuine people and the
ability to release the potential of leaders and employees.
Finns other sides: Finn is a great mixture of an adventurer,
sailor and skiing freak. He is multi-lingual, multicultural and has a
great passion for people. |
Jacob Lindeblad

Background :Jacob has worked many years with
swimming as coach for elite- and national teams. On the side he
graduated from Cpoenhagen University of Sports becoming cand. scient.
with a thesis in the Achievement Psychology.
Area of expertise: Jacob startet Lindeblad and thereby he is a
part of all our core products, but today leadership, teamdevelopment and
lectures is what fills up his calendar. He is greatly dedicated to
working with strength and competencies.
Jacobs fad: Jacob is consumed with trying to bring out the best
in people, individually and in teams. There is a vast potential, dorment,
which needs to be used. It is both meaningfull and motivating, to work
with the things you are best at! |
Kenneth Ytting

Background: Kenneth is most comfortable when the
sky is the ceiling. Academically his finishing his bachelor in Reviewing
Methods and practically his a kayak-, canoe- and climbing instructor.
Has been with Lindeblad since 2000 and is constantly adding on to the
theoretical side.
Area of expertise: As a devoted outdoor man, Kenneths area is
with teambuilding and teamdevelopment. Started and leads “the good day”,
and is project manager on most team jobs. Furthermore Kenneth is head of
security in Lindeblad.
Beliefs Kenneth tries to live by the principal of Stephen R.
Coveys “Emotional Bankaccount”. He is convinced that nature and longterm
courses has the most positive effect on learning. |
Dorte Ritzau

Background: Dorte has a background as Lawyer and
has worked for Amnesty International, Novo Nordisk a/s and the Danish
Immigration Service. Dorte is a devoted HR person and has several
courses on the CV.
Area of expertise: Apart from various jobs in team and coaching,
Dorte is the brain behind our marketing and the graphical line of
Lindeblad. She runs the webside, edits our newsmail og is in charge of
our e-shop ticket2learn.
Dorte’s best idea: Dorte has many ideas, but the best one is
using videos to support our articles and opinions in our newsletter Time
Out. They are ingenious and raises the level of our newsletter.

Lotte Møller

Background: Lotte is cand. scient. from
Copenhagen University in pedagogigs and sports, and practical experience
from her job as HR director in Ballerup Municipality. Furthermore she is
one of the authors to “Coaching, learning and development” and has a
2-year systemic consultant degree from Dispuk.
Area of expertise: Naturally Lotte works with coaching, but she
is an octopus with a tentacle in both team-, leader- and organisational
development and training and several of our open courses and lectures.
Believes: that dialog and conversation creates the unity between
people. When the dialog stops - the problem starts. That is why Lotte
uses her experience as coach and background as proces consultant to keep
making meaningfull setups of dialog, where groups and organisations fin
new common paths to follow. |
Peter Bøndergaard

Background: After officer training in the Danish
Army Peter chose the private sector, and after 11 years as sales- and
exportmanager, he ended up in HR. Amongst others he has been HR director
at Egmont International and later Nordisk Film. His everlasting good
mood and commitment rubs o fon people around him and makes processes run
smoothly. Peter has supplemented his education with Exective Coaching
and the processconsultant education on DISPUK.
Area of expertise: Peter thrives both indoor and outdoor with teams
and leaders. He is especially driven by team dynamics and development.
As a result of this leader- and personal development comes natural as
well as coaching.
Peters passions: Transforming strategies into practics. Let us
reduce the quantity of fancy words and instead focus on actions, to help
us in the right direction. There is an enormous unexploited potential,
dorment in us all. Thru the right dialogue we can find the spark to
light the fire and make us show more of which we are good at. |
Maj-Britt Lindeblad

Background Maj-Britt has a background as highschoolteacher with english and
sports as main subjects. She has taught and worked with many different
groups in the last 20 years. Furthermore she has experience from the service
area.
Area of expertise Maj-Britt does the numbers. She is our financial
department and has a strong grip on in- and outcome. She also proofreads and
translates our materials and helps out on jobs when needed.
Maj-Britt prioritizes Family and human relations er highly prioritised, also
when it comes to working in Lindeblad.
